Delivery service «FedEx»

Parcels are delivered to your address. Orders placed after 12 PM/EST will be processed the next business day.

Shipping cost:

• 40 USD for orders under USD EUR;
• 20 USD for orders between 200 and 500 USD;
• 10 USD for orders over 500 USD.

Delivery takes 5-6 business days.

After paying for the order, you will receive a confirmation letter from the courier service, it must contain the tracking number of the order, use it for parcel tracking on their website.

In order to clarify the nearest FedEx branch, to change delivery point or time of delivery, you need to contact the company's office in your region. You can find contacts by the link.

Panama has a duty-free threshold, parcels worth up to 100 USD are duty-free and tax-free. Customs payments are calculated including the cost of delivery.

When importing goods worth more than 100 USD, the following customs tariffs apply:

• customs duty up to 10% of the order value;
• import tax of 7%.

If your order is worth 200 USD, customs will invoice you:

• up to 20 USD customs duties;
• up to 14 USD tax.

Total up to 34 USD per parcel.

Attention! Customs requirements and import conditions may vary depending on the contents of the package. In addition, customs may request additional documents for the release of your parcel. Changing the delivery country selection on the Coral Club website

If you are authorized:

1. Click "Other countries" to select a delivery country that is not on the list
   

   

2. A complete list of available countries, grouped by continent, will open. Select the desired country from the list and go to its website
   

   

3. The website language will be selected automatically
4. Log in to the website again

If you are not authorized:

1. Click "Other countries" to select a different delivery country
   

   

2. You will be redirected to the Coral Club Global website. It is always in English
3. Click on the text "YOU ARE ON OUR GLOBAL SITE | SELECT A MARKET SITE" next to the company logo
   

   

4. A complete list of available countries will be opened and grouped by continent. Select the desired country from the list and go to its website
   

   

5. The site language will be selected automaticall.

We accept bank cards: Visa, Maestro or Mastercard.

Payment procedure:

• Select the "Bankcard" field.
• Go to the payment page, enter your bank card details (card number, expiration date, CVV, cardholder's name and surname) and click "Pay".
• After filling out card details, you may be redirected to your bank's page to enter your security code. It is required to confirm your identity.

If the payment is not confirmed, please contact your card issuing bank.

We accept all major cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

How to Pay with Card:

• Click on the "Card" option.
• Go to the payment page, enter your Credit/Debit Card details, and then click "Pay".
• You might need to go through a 2nd step verification.

If your payment is not confirmed, please contact your Card provider.

All orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

Pay for your order online in a couple of clicks using the PayPal electronic payment system for fast and secure payments.

If you are registered on PayPal, you only need to log in with your email address and password to pay.
If you do not have a PayPal account yet, after you have confirmed the payment, go to the PayPal website and click "Register". Enter all required information and click "Open account".

Instructions for payment without PayPal:

1. Select "Create an invoice".
2. Fill out the form provided.
• Select your country from the list.
• Enter the card details: number, expiration date, security code, name and surname of the cardholder.
• Enter your billing address.
3. If the billing address and delivery address match, tick the checkbox. If not, remove the checkmark from the checkbox and enter the shipping address.
4. Check all entered data and click the "Continue" button.

Warning! If you would like to save time and use PayPal for future payments, we recommend you register on PayPal.

If you do not have an account and do not wish to register you can use PayPal Plus - a convenient service for making payments.

PayPal Plus brings together various popular payment methods under the PayPal umbrella.
No matter how you pay, everything goes through the PayPal service, even if you do not have an account with the service. It is an easy and convenient way to pay for your orders.

After payment is made, which takes place instantly, order status will show "Completion". This means that the order will be handed over to the delivery service within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Use your PayPal Account to make payments. All you need is your login info.

If you do not have a PayPal account yet, after you confirm the payment on our website, you'll be redirected to the PayPal site, where you will select "Register." Enter all necessary information and click "Open an Account".

Instructions for paying for your order if you are not registered in the PayPal system:

• Select "Create an Account."
• On the next page, fill in the form provided.
• Select your country from the list.
• Enter the card details.
• Enter your billing address.

Confirm all your info and click the "Continue" button.

After processing the payment, your order will be marked as "Completed".

All orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

Pay for the order by invoice at any bank branch.

Payment procedure:

1. After placing your order, click the "Print receipt" button and go to the page with the completed invoice form.
2. Print and pay the invoice at any bank branch or pay the invoice using online banking.

Please note:

• The created order is reserved and stored for 5 calendar days from the date of creation.
• If payment is not received by the set deadline, it will be automatically cancelled and the ordered products will be returned to stock.
• Please check the time for funds to be credited at your bank branch. Typically it takes 1 to 3 working days to receive your payment.
• Banks may charge a fee for funds transfer that is not included in the invoiced amount. Please contact your bank for more information about such fees.

Pay with Bonus points.

If your Coral Wallet has bonus points, the option to use them will be automatically selected during the payment method selection step.

If you prefer not to use your Coral Wallet bonus points, uncheck this option, choose your desired payment method, and continue with your order.

PLEASE NOTE!
Different countries may have different rules determining how much of your order may be paid using Coral Wallet bonus points.

Group Orders:

Transfer funds from your bonus account to your club member wallet to pay for part or all of a group order. Each member of a group order can transfer bonus points to the club member whose wallet will be used to place the order.

Once transferred, bonus points will be available for online purchases only.

All orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

You can pay for up to 25% of your order with bonuses.

If your bonus account balance is positive, "Use Coral Wallet" fucntion will automatically apply the amount of available bonuses to the payment amount.

If you do not want to pay with bonuses, untick this box, choose any convenient payment method and proceed with your order.

Important!
The percentage of bonus usage may be different for each country!

To pay for part or all of your group order, transfer funds from your bonus account to your personal account. Any member of the group can transfer the funds to the member from whose account such order will be placed.

Please note that after the transfer, the bonuses will only be available for placing an order in the online store.

To become a Coral Club Member, you need to be referred by another club member. If you don't have a referral, our Auto-Select system will assign you an experienced Mentor based on your geographic location.

In order to become a Coral Club independent distributor, you need to be referred by an existing distributor and purchase a Distributor Kit.
